How long does it take?
Usually under a week from when you send me your business details. I'll show you a preview before anything goes live.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The site is yours. If you ever want to move it somewhere else or take it over yourself, I'll hand everything over.
What if I want changes later?
Small tweaks after launch are no problem, just ask. Bigger redesigns down the road we can price fairly when the time comes.
Why is it so cheap?
Because hosting is free, there's no monthly bill to pass on to you. The $99 covers my design and build work, once.
What if the receptionist doesn't know an answer?
She takes a message. She only ever says what's in your business guide: your prices, hours and services. You get the summary, transcript and recording of every call, so nothing slips by.
Can the receptionist take orders?
Yes. She takes the order on the call, then texts the customer a secure payment link. Card numbers are never spoken or handled by her.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-transfer once we've agreed on what you're ordering. Nothing is due until you're ready to go ahead.
